Our Wellness Center would like your input during our next Community Advisory Committee meeting. We need parents, teachers and community members to share their voice. We have had some great changes to our wellness center here at Mesick Schools and would love your input as well as provide you with information about what we offer. Board of Education Vacancy The Mesick Consolidated School District is seeking applications for the current vacant position on the board of education. An individual will be appointed to fill the vacant position through December 31, 2026 and will be replaced by the individual elected to the position (based upon the November 3, 2026 election results) on January 1, 2027 for a two-year term. Interested persons must submit a letter expressing interest in the board position and their qualifications for the position to the superintendent’s office no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 2, 2024. For hand delivery, the superintendent’s office is located in the JR/SR high school building at 581 S. Clark Street in Mesick. Mesick Elementary is excited to welcome Mrs. Angela Haselton to our team as a paraprofessional. Angela is a long-time resident of Mesick and a proud graduate of Mesick High School. She is married and has three wonderful boys, along with a dog named Rue. In her free time, Angela enjoys crocheting, spending quality time with her family, and participating in outdoor activities. We are thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will make at Mesick Elementary.
