Full Time Elementary Teacher
Must be State of Michigan certified and highly qualified for grades K-5 self-contained classroom. Additional certifications are a plus.

· Plan and implement engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards
· Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators to foster a collaborative learning community
· Evidence of commitment to professional growth
· Evidence of professional work habits and conduct consistent with the profession

Full Time Secondary Math Teacher
Preferred Qualifications:
● Secondary math certification
● Ability to establish positive and long lasting relationships with students, peers, parents, and community
● Takes a dynamic and creative approach to education
● Desire to connect students to school and instill excitement about learning
● Ability to help students discover their passions
● Ability to bring math concepts to life with real world examples
● Uses hands on approach to teaching with a focus on project based learning
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practice and student achievement
● Proficiency with Michigan math standards
● Competency in the administration and interpretation of academic assessments
● Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
● Strong understanding of the use of technology as a tool for student engagement
● Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (oral and written)
● Support and participate in all district and building level school improvement initiatives and plans.
● Evidence of professional work habits and conduct consistent with the ethics of the profession
Reports to JR/SR High School Principal.
