Kindergarten students are currently studying weather patterns and seasons. Thanks to Mr. Webb from the WMISD, students recently used VR headsets for a virtual exploration of storms. Our curriculum continues next week with a focus on storm safety.

Balancing elite athletics with academic excellence is no small feat! A special thank you to our guest speaker, Tyler Whitcomb, Athletic Director and Recruiting Coach at Kuyper College, for sharing his insight and encouragement.

HAPPY EARTH DAY! Students in Mrs. Elliott and Ms. Breland's Environmental Studies elective picked up trash around campus today in honor of Earth Day. The class finished a unit all about garbage and plastic waste a month ago. Their current unit is on honeybees and other pollinators and includes plans to add some native species for our local pollinators in the garden at the front of the school!
