Last Thursday, our students had an absolute blast at our highly anticipated annual Field Day! The school was buzzing with energy as kids participated in an awesome lineup of fun games and exciting relays. 🏃♂️
We want to extend a massive THANK YOU to all of the wonderful volunteers who came out to help. Events like this truly take a village, and your support made the entire day a huge success!
✨ Special Recognition: A giant shout-out to our School Success Worker, Carly Wagatha, for helping plan this amazing event and making it look so spectacular! Thank you for your dedication to our students! 🎒🎉

We also enjoyed a lovely picnic lunch in the pavilion, which was especially meaningful because it was funded and built through the efforts of one of our students' grandparents!
On the way home, we made a special stop at Blair Township Park, where the students had time to play and cool off with popsicles. A generous parent picked up the treats for us before we boarded the bus back to school, making the day even more memorable.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the amazing parents and grandparents who volunteered to chaperone. Your support, enthusiasm, and willingness to spend the day with us helped make this field trip a wonderful experience for everyone. We couldn't have done it without you!

Moving up to junior high is a major milestone, and our 5th graders are already crushing it! To help them get a feel for their next big adventure, the upcoming class recently spent some quality time exploring the Jr/Sr High School.
Here is a quick look at how they spent their sneak peek:
👋 Meeting the Team: They connected with future junior high teachers and got answers to all their big questions.
🗺️ Finding Their Way: Students toured the hallways to build up their confidence and get their bearings before the fall.
🛠️ Exploring New Spaces: From checking out the library to getting a firsthand look at the wood shop, they got a taste of the exciting opportunities ahead.
Transitions can bring a mix of nerves and excitement, but this hands-on preview proved that our 5th graders are more than ready for the challenge. We are so proud of them and can't wait to officially welcome them to the junior high family this fall!
