Big stuffed animal sale in 2nd grade today. Students could spend their well earned Bulldog Bucks. We also made hats in science while studying properties that could protect us from the hot sun.
Good behavior=reward!!! Board game party is definitely one of my favorite parties! We had lots of giggles and laughs in 3rd grade today!
We were just informed by Charlton Heston Academy that tonight's Girls Varsity Basketball Game will need to be cancelled. We will be working on a make up date for this contest and update everyone as soon as possible!
Tonight's Girls JV/V Basketball game at Big Rapids Crossroads will now be a VARSITY ONLY contest starting at 7:30 pm. This game will also be a fundraiser for the Susan Wheatlake Cancer Center in Reed City. There will be no cost of admission but donations will be accepted at the door. Good Luck Tonight Girls!

The boys/girls basketball teams did a great job last week winning at home! The boys defeated Walkerville on Tuesday while the Girls got a big win over Pentwater on Friday night! Tonight the girls are back in action at home vs Leland and the boys will take on Marion tomorrow night, which is also at home. Also on Wednesday night the 6/7th grade girls basketball team will travel to MCC to take on the Sabers. Thursday night the girls will travel to Crossroads and on Friday the girls are back in action at Charlton Heston Academy while the boys travel to Pentwater. Saturday morning the JH girls basketball teams will head to Suttons Bay for a four team tournament. Best of luck to our awesome Student-Athletes and we hope to see everyone at the game!

This weeks Athletic Schedule: Monday - JV/V Girls Basketball @ Marion at 6pm. JH Girls Basketball @ Brethren at 5:30 pm. Tuesday - Boys JV/V Basketball home vs Walkerville. Wednesday - JH GBB at Bear Lake. This game has been changed to a 4:45 start time. Bear Lake will only have one team of 6/7th graders so therefore we will only play one game that night. Thursday - JV/V Boys Basketball at Baldwin at 6pm. Friday - Girls JV/V Basketball home vs Pentwater. We hope to see you all at the game! Have a great week!

The end of first semester is next Friday January 17th. Please take a moment to check power school with your student and make sure they complete any missing work before then. High school students will have exams next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and the schedule is attached. Please encourage your students to study for exams. The JR High does not give final exams but will be working on end of semester activities and wrapping up their units of study. Please remember that Friday the 17th is a 1/2 day for all students.

Ski Club starts tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7, 2020. JR/SR High students are required to turn their money into the office, and sign up, by 2 PM on Monday's, each week, with the following information on their envelope: Name and whatever they will need; lift ticket, rental skis, rental snow board, bus, etc....
Please try to bring the correct amount if possible.
