This a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, February 6th is our Muffins for Moms event. The event starts at 7:30 am and concludes at 8:00 am. If you plan on attending, please do not park in front of the school on M-115, we need to keep this area clear for morning drop-offs. If for some reason school is canceled tomorrow, this event will take place on Thursday, February 7th. We hope to see you tomorrow for a fun morning.
The Mother/Son Dance for grades K-5 has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 16th from 6-8 pm. Tickets are $15/Mother/Son(s) in advance or $20 at the door!
The junior high and JV/V girls basketball games are cancelled for tonight. Make up dates for the JV/V will be announced asap.
Due to the poor road conditions Mesick Consolidated Schools will be closed today, Monday, February 4.

Tomorrow morning the Saturday Morning Basketball program will be starting at 9:00 am in the Elementary School. This event was originally slated to start at 8:30. We hope to see everyone at the Snowball game tonight as the girls take on Brethren and all of our 4th and 5th grade basketball players at 9:00 am tomorrow!
The Elementary Mother/Son dance has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 16. We hope everyone can attend this fun night. The event times will be the same, starting at 6:00pm and ending at 8:00pm. Cost is $15 per mother/son couple in advance, $20 at the door. If you are planning on getting pictures, please note our photographer is available from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. We wanted to inform you that the elementary had a water pipe burst recently and we had to shut the water off to the building. We should be back up and running in less than an hour. We are providing bottled water to the students.

Attention to those who receive Backpacks from Mesick Elem, if school is in session this coming Friday, Backpacks will be distributed. (We apologize for no distribution last week. School cancellation means we aren’t able to pack & distribute) Due to extreme cold and poor weather conditions, it may be that some may not have access to basic necessary needs. Snowball/ Spirit week update: We will run a regular schedule Friday and have a short assembly during 7th hour with some tug-of-war, halftime run-through, and pep. As of right now, the dance is still on, but may be moved an hour earlier or rescheduled completely depending on weather. I will keep you updated to
tomorrow and Friday.
Needless to say, missing spirit week is a bummer. We will schedule a re-do of spirit days, CET dodgeball, Powder Ruff Volleyball, longer assembly, etc.

All evening athletic activities are cancelled. This includes games, practices, and open gyms. A make up date for the JV/V game will be announced shortly.
