Hello Bulldogs! We still have leftovers of the Worlds Finest Chocolate bunnies and chocolate almonds from the PTO fundraiser. They will be available in the elementary office today from 10:00am-12:00 noon. They are marked down to $5 per box. They make a great gift for Easter! One hundred percent of the proceeds go back to our kids.

Our Girls Varsity Basketball team will be taking on Frankfort tonight at 6pm in Mesick for a District Championship! Tickets will be available at noon at gofan.co There will not be a code requirement for these tickets. For those unable to attend, the game will be live streamed via the Mesick Consolidate Schools Facebook page. Go Bulldogs!

Tickets for tonight's girls District Semi-Final game are now available at https://gofan.co/search. Just search for Mesick and the game vs Manistee Catholic Central will pop up. From there, select the number of tickets and then select "Get Tickets." There is no longer an access code needed to purchase tickets. Tonight's boys basketball game will be live streamed by Houghton Lake schools at hlcsk12.net. The game will also be broadcast via the radio on 93.7. Make sure to tune in as our boys look to bring home a first round district win for the first time since 2011. Go Bulldogs!

Congratulations to our boys varsity basketball team who earned a share of the WMD Conference Championship Friday night with a 71-47 win over Pentwater! If you are interested in attending the boys district game in Houghton Lake tomorrow, tickets are still available. The game will begin at 7pm vs Lake City at Houghton Lake High School. Tickets for the girls district game will be available starting tomorrow and they will take on the winner of MCC/Brethren at 5:30 pm on Wednesday in Mesick. Students must read for 15 minutes a day throughout the month and submit their completed "bookmarks" to receive free tickets to a TC Pit Spitters game. Tonight's boys basketball game is varsity only beginning at 6pm vs Pentwater. A win tonight would mean the boys would earn a share of the Conference Championship for the first time in 39 years. If you are interested in attending the game tonight, please note that the "spectator limit" has been removed and we will allow general admission up to 250 people Also, if you are interested in purchasing tickets for the boys district game next Tuesday at 7pm in Houghton Lake, please email Coach Duby at dubyk@mesick.org with how many tickets you would like. There are 186 tickets available for the district game. Tickets for the girls district game will be available on Tuesday. Please remember masks and physical distancing are required at all times. First grade students enjoyed hands on science exploring rocks, minerals, and fossils. We mixed up some dough with a recipe (math) and created our own fossils to take home. This was a celebration of hard work studying the History of the Earth unit in CKLA and Science.
