Hello Bulldog Families,

I hope everyone has a nice spring break.  Whether or not you are traveling or having a “stay cation” I hope you all have a great time with family and friends.  See you back in school on April 1st

Elementary report cards will be sent home on Friday, April 5th.  Please look these over and contact your child’s teacher if you have any questions or concerns.

The elementary Becoming a Bulldog night is coming up on Wednesday, April 10th at 5:00 pm.  This is an opportunity for parents enrolling their kids in Kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year.  Parents will learn about a typical day in Kindergarten and what to expect during the transition into Kindergarten.  Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm then we will breakout into brief sessions in the classrooms with each teacher.

Mark your calendars, Mesick Elementary will be hosting a Family Movie Night on Friday, April 12th.  This will be a fun night with popcorn and other concessions.  Wear your pajamas and bring a blanket or chair.  Doors will open at 5:45pm and the movie will start at 6:00pm.  More details to come.

*Reminders:

Kindergarten roundup appointments. Friday, April 26th, and Friday, May 17th.  Your child must be five years old on or before September 1st to enroll in kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year.  To schedule an appointment please contact Mrs. Spoor in the elementary office at 231-885-1207 or at spoorr@mesick.org

School will be in session on Good Friday, April 19th.  We will need to have 75% attendance to be able to count the day.  Please plan on having your child be in school that day.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Have a great spring break!!!
