Task Force Work Continues! Our Community Facility Task Force has been hard at work studying the future of Mesick Schools.
So far, this dedicated group of 15 parents, staff, and community members has met four times, toured district buildings, reviewed engineering findings, learned about district finances and Michigan school funding, and begun evaluating potential facility solutions. Their role is to help ensure the School Board has well-informed, community-centered guidance as we plan for the future of Mesick’s school facilities.
We’re also grateful to the more than 200 community members who shared their input through our recent #survey — your feedback is helping guide the conversation. Survey results were presented to the School Board on Monday, December 8 and posted to the facility planning website (link below).
